You Are Not Alone Here.

Life doesn't unfold in a straight line.

This is a place for the unfinished stories, unexpected detours, quiet griefs, second chances, and the people learning how to begin again.

The Unfinished Life Audit
$12.00

You don’t need to have your whole life figured out. Sometimes you just need a little space to notice where you are.

The Unfinished Life Audit is a 23-page guided reflection created to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and get curious about what you’re carrying, what you may be missing, and what you want next.

Through thoughtful prompts and simple exercises, you’ll explore the roles you carry, the parts of yourself that may have gotten quieter, the things you’ve been saving for “someday,” and what you might want more of or less of in this season of your life.

Inside, you’ll reflect on:

  • Where you are right now

  • The roles you carry and how they affect you

  • What you miss about yourself

  • The two truths that can exist at the same time

  • What you may be carrying that was never really yours

  • What’s sitting in your “someday” drawer

  • What you want more of and less of

  • One small move you can make toward what comes next

This isn’t about fixing your life or creating a perfect plan. There are no scores, right answers, or expectations to completely reinvent yourself.

It’s simply a chance to spend some intentional time with your own life—and remember that unfinished doesn’t mean broken.

A smiling woman with blonde hair wearing a denim jacket, earrings, and a necklace, sitting indoors with a blurred background.

For years, I believed healing meant arriving somewhere—finally having it all figured out, finally feeling enough, finally becoming the person I was supposed to be.

But life had other plans.

Just Unfinished is a collection of stories about grief, motherhood, marriage, friendship, faith, starting over, and learning to live with the parts of ourselves that are still becoming. It is a reminder that healing is rarely linear, growth is often messy, and unfinished is not the same as done.

If you've ever felt behind, lost, stuck, or like everyone else received a roadmap you somehow missed, this book is for you.

A Little About Me.

I'm a therapist, writer, podcaster, wife, mom, and someone who has spent much of her life learning that unfinished is not the same as broken.

Through stories, conversations, and reflections, I hope to create spaces where people feel seen, connected, and a little less alone.
