About Michelle

I'm a therapist, writer, podcaster, wife, mom, and someone who has spent much of her life learning that unfinished is not the same as done.

Through stories, conversations, and reflections, I hope to create spaces where people feel seen, connected, and a little less alone.

My Story

I didn't set out to write a book.

I didn't set out to start a podcast.

I simply started sharing the things I needed to hear myself.

Over the years, life has taught me about grief, love, motherhood, friendship, faith, anxiety, starting over, and what it means to keep going when things don't go according to plan.

Somewhere along the way, I discovered that the stories we often hide are the very stories that help us heal.

That's why I write.
That's why I podcast.
That's why I continue showing up for the unfinished parts of life.

Professional Background

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Ursuline College and a Master's Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.

For the past four years, I've worked as a therapist, helping people navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and the challenges that come with being human.

While my professional training has shaped me, some of my greatest lessons have come from living life itself. The experiences that led me to write, podcast, and share my story continue to influence the way I show up for others today.

I hope you leave feeling a little more connected, a little less alone, and reminded that unfinished is not the same as broken.

Let's stay connected.
